Getting Started with Storage

When can I move in?

You can move in any time during regular facility access hours!

What type of documentation is needed to rent a space?

A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport, is required. Renters must be at least 18 years old. We also require insurance. You can either provide proof of your own coverage or choose one of our affordable insurance options.

How much space will I need?

Our online storage unit size guide can help you estimate the right size. You can also call or visit our office; our team will guide you in selecting the best fit for your belongings.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, all of our rentals are month-to-month unless you prefer a longer-term option. If you are interested, ask our staff about prepayment specials.


Payments and Policies

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders, and cash.

How do I make a payment?

Payments can be made in person or through our website. For convenience, you can also sign up for automatic monthly payments.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store in my unit?

Items such as liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables are not permitted. If you are unsure about a specific item, please ask our staff before storing it.


Facility Features and Access

Can anyone get into the storage facility?

No. Only active tenants with a valid entry can enter.

Do you sell boxes and other supplies?

No, we do not sell any boxes or supplies.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available?

No, we do not have any carts available for use.
