I was stuck out of town, had to get something put into my unit. I did not have time to ship a key or find ... I was stuck out of town, had to get something put into my unit. I did not have time to ship a key or find movers. The great folks as Austin Stone Storage suggested Webster Movers who were also amazing. They cut my lock for me and put a new lock on and shipped me the key. Took pictures and video of my unit for me and made sure everything was good to go! I cannot suggest them enough. Truly couldn’t have made the situation work without the customer service and genuine helpfulness of the good folks at Austin Stone Storage. 10 out of 10 100% suggest.

I have used them for both business and personal storage and they have been amazing! We actually had to cut a lock off and replace it when our business misplaced the keys and they were so helpful and full of grace. They are fair, honest, and the facilities are kept immaculate. If looking for storage on the Northshore you need to use Austin Stone. I won't go anywhere else!

Security is top-tier, with a gated entrance, surveillance cameras, and personal access codes that give real peace of mind. The difference-maker, though, is the team behind it all. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, helpful, and friendly. Overall, Austin Stone Storage delivers clean, secure, and modern storage with top-notch customer service. If you’re looking for a well-run, locally owned facility near Leander, Jonestown, or Lago Vista, I highly recommend them!
